Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Payment (valid since: 1st January, 2014)

The following terms and conditions for delivery and payment shall govern all deliveries and services. Unless special Terms and Conditions have been agreed on previously. Any such purchasing terms and conditions shall apply only if we expressly confirm them in writing. Acceptance of the delivered goods shall be deemed acknowledgement of our terms and conditions.

1. Prices/Terms and Conditions of Payment
1.1 We calculate the applicable prices on the date of delivery. Unless special terms are agreed, the prices should be understood to be prices ex works, with no deduction or discount being granted for immediate payment. Payment to be received 30 days of invoice date. As per details on invoices.
1.2 If payment deadlines are not met, Debt Recovery costs will be passed onto the customer and added to final amount due.

Lay-by Policy

The lay-by agreement must:
• be in writing
• be easy to read and understand
• state all terms and conditions
• give details of termination fees.
We must give you a copy of the agreement signed by
you and our salesperson.
You can cancel the lay-by any time before you receive
the goods. We must refund any payments you have already made.
If you cancel for a reason that was not our fault, we can charge a cancellation fee to cover our reasonable costs

Refunds & Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. 
This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time 
you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase
– e.g. your receipt
